V93 · JUNE 18, 2026

A real Design Studio — colour every part of the show

🎨 New Design Studio (open it from Look & feel): control every colour of your show — background, text, accents, and the on-stage control panels & cards — your brand palette, type and corner/shadow shape, all with a live preview of the stage that updates as you tweak.

🧑‍🎤 Guests can design too: share the design link (it carries the event’s token) and a speaker or teammate can dress the studio without an account — changes save straight to the show.

V92 · JUNE 18, 2026

Invitee lists get their own section — with per-person tracking

🎟 New “Invitee list & tracking” in Promote: upload anyone you invited (paste or CSV — AI sorts out the columns) and see them in a clean table.

📊 Status at a glance for every person — Not invited → Invited → Opened → Registered — with quick filters and live counts.

🔗 Each invitee gets a unique join link. Send it (or copy it) and when they sign up it traces straight back to them, so you know exactly which invites converted — the way Demio does it.

🤝 Sits right next to “The speaker’s audience,” so all your audience-building lives in one place.

V91 · JUNE 18, 2026

PowerPoint sharing fixed + hide the crowd

📑 Sharing a .pptx works again. The in-browser converter was loading the wrong version of its zip reader (and missing a second helper it needs), so PowerPoint files silently produced zero slides. Fixed — verified end-to-end on a real 21 MB, 12-slide deck. (PDF and images were never affected; for any deck that still won’t convert in-browser, exporting to PDF remains the bulletproof path.)

👥 New “Crowd” toggle in Stage → Advanced: hide the audience seat bar at the bottom of the stage for a cleaner, more cinematic look — for everyone, instantly. Tap again to bring it back.

V90 · JUNE 18, 2026

See the whole show get built — right on the homepage

🎬 New “Watch it build the whole show” walkthrough on the homepage: ten short clips of the actual product, from one typed sentence → your brand → the live stage → polls, clips and the embed code. Auto-plays through every beat, and you can jump to any step.

🖥 All landscape (16:9) — the walkthrough now lives on our real site instead of a separate page, and the videos play wide, the way the product actually looks.

V89 · JUNE 18, 2026

Show bits: control exactly what the room sees

🙈 You can now prep a shared screen privately and reveal it to the audience only when you’re ready — a per-share “Guest sees / Hidden” toggle, so nothing leaks before its moment.

🧹 “Show bits” auto-clean the stage: when a focused moment is on (fireside clock, a shared screen, a resource, the globe), incidental quote/explainer/chart cards step aside automatically instead of piling up.

V88 · JUNE 18, 2026

Fireside answer clock

⏱ A built-for-broadcast countdown for fireside / rapid-fire segments: the question shown big, with a ring timer and the seconds counted down inside the circle (never covering the text). It’s synced for everyone, and when time’s up the show can auto-advance to the next question.

📱 Designed mobile-first — the question and clock stack cleanly so nothing overlaps on a phone.

V87 · JUNE 18, 2026

Smoother stage transitions

🎞 When the layout changes — someone shares and the people shrink to the side, or sharing stops and they grow back — tiles now glide to their new spot (a Google-Meet-style move/scale) instead of snapping.

🪟 Opening the side drawer now reserves its space so the stage no longer gets clipped, and shared content sits in a clean framed window.

V86 · JUNE 18, 2026

Finishing a show is instant now + a sleeker globe

⚡ Recording finalize no longer “starts from zero.” Because the backup streams to the cloud during the show, finishing now recognises those uploaded parts as the finished recording instantly — no 60-second wait, no fresh upload. (The streaming/finalize logic was extracted and unit-tested with a real recorder before shipping.)

🌍 Restyled the crowd globe: dropped the busy dotted earth for a clean dark orb with a glowing brand-coloured outline — your attendees’ pins float on a sleek, flowing globe.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 When two people present alongside a slide/screen, both now stack neatly in the side column (matching how a polished “presenter + deck” call looks), instead of only showing the host.

V85 · JUNE 18, 2026

The crowd globe actually spins now

🌍 Fixed the “Where are you watching from?” globe — it was rendering a single frozen frame (so it looked like an empty dark sphere with one dot). It now rotates smoothly, the dotted continents are visible, and every attendee’s marker comes around as it spins. Verified live in a browser this time.

V84 · JUNE 18, 2026

Guests can share their screen

🖥 Guests now have a Screen button and can share their screen (e.g. the prospect on a sales call) — previously it only appeared if the host switched the guest to “Full controls.” Their share takes the stage like any other, and it’s captured in the recording.

V83 · JUNE 18, 2026

Recordings now capture the SHOW — shared slides + speakers, not just your camera

🎬 Your in-browser backup recording now captures the composited show — the shared slides/screen + the speaker faces — instead of only your webcam. So even if the cloud recorder doesn’t finalize, the saved recording is the actual show your audience saw.

🛟 Built defensively (this is where rushing loses data): if compositing can’t run for any reason it falls back to the camera recording, so a recording is never lost — and the capture is structurally protected from the silent-failure cases an adversarial review surfaced (a cross-origin slide can never blank the recording; missing audio falls back rather than saving a silent show).

🎙 The backup now also captures your guests’ audio, not just your mic.

V82 · JUNE 18, 2026

Sharing looks right everywhere + an instant sales-call guest link

🖼 Sharing an image/slide no longer leaves blank white space on desktop — the content now fills its frame naturally (with a soft blurred backdrop behind portrait/odd-shaped images).

📱 On mobile, sharing is now a clean 50:50 vertical split — the host is no longer squeezed to a sliver under the content.

⇅ New “Swap” control lets the host flip which side the people sit on (left/right on desktop, top/bottom on mobile) while sharing.

🔗 Sales calls now show a prominent, copy-ready “Guest link” — send it to your prospect and they join on camera. The producer agent now hands it to you the moment it creates the call.

☁️ Recording: finishing a show no longer re-uploads from zero when the live backup already streamed during the show — the final tail now reliably lands, so finalize is near-instant.

V81 · JUNE 18, 2026

A glowing 3D crowd globe + a 6-colour brand palette + panel colours

🌍 “Where are you watching from?” now lights up a glowing, auto-rotating 3D globe — one marker per attendee, in your brand colour. It’s a real show beat (a “lights-down” dark moment), and it falls back to the flat map automatically wherever 3D isn’t available (including the recorder), so it never shows blank.

🎨 Brand palette: add, remove and edit up to 6 brand colours (not just the two accents) — they now actually drive the show (starting with the crowd globe).

🟦 Panel colours: set the on-stage cards’ background, border and text. Leave them unset to match your theme; pick a dark card and we auto-keep the text readable.

🛟 Fixed a branding bug where the quick in-studio logo/colour edit could wipe your saved palette and panel colours — it now merges instead of replacing.

V80 · JUNE 18, 2026

Speaker insights: every key line, attributed to who said it

🎤 The report now groups the show’s best lines by person — a “Speaker insights” card with each guest’s title, company and their own takeaways. Copy or export one person’s key points (.txt) for follow-up, or export everyone at once.

✨ Show clips are now attributed too — each clip card and copied caption names the speaker behind the quote.

🔗 Hardened guest matching: a mistyped or partial guest name (first-name + last-initial, nickname, single-guest fallback) no longer drops their title, company or photo on stage.

🛟 Recording safety fix: if a live stream-upload didn’t finish, the complete end-of-show recording now always outranks the incomplete leftover parts as the main video and the clip source — so playback and clips never come from a truncated file. Orphan-part cleanup now verifies and retries instead of failing silently.

V79 · JUNE 18, 2026

Recordings upload live during the show — no more waiting, far safer

☁️ Your in-browser backup now uploads to the cloud in small parts WHILE the show runs, instead of one big upload at the end. So finishing is near-instant — guests don’t sit waiting on a save — and if someone closes their tab mid-show, at most the last few seconds are at risk instead of the whole recording.

🛟 The end-of-show whole-file upload stays as a clean fallback if live streaming ever doesn’t complete, so nothing is lost.

V78 · JUNE 18, 2026

Agent-created sales calls now come with the playbook filled in

📋 When the agent sets up a sales call, the host-only playbook (qualification questions, demo beats, next steps) is now seeded — same as creating one from the dashboard — instead of coming up empty.

V77 · JUNE 18, 2026

Sales calls: attach the person from their LinkedIn, and rehearse any time

🔗 Ask the agent to set up a sales call “with [name] from [their LinkedIn]” and it now enriches that person (name, title, photo) and attaches them — so the MC can announce them, instead of dropping them.

🔁 Sales calls can now be re-run / rehearsed any number of times, even after one has ended — no more creating a fresh call each time.

V76 · JUNE 18, 2026

Calmer setup tiers, “MC” everywhere, and an easy logo upload

🏷 Every setup section now wears a tier badge — your wow features get an orange “Make it better,” situational ones a muted “Optional,” essentials stay clean — so the good stuff stops hiding.

🎬 “Mo · your producer” now nudges your next step right under the readiness meter, with a one-tap “Take me there.”

🎤 The AI announcer is now called the MC (Master of Ceremonies) throughout.

🖼 Sales calls: if the logo we pull from the prospect’s site is wrong or won’t load, you now get a clear prompt to upload your own — and the upload button is front-and-center.

V75 · JUNE 18, 2026

Form fields live in the page builder now

🧩 Your signup form’s questions (smart presets + custom fields, all types) now live inside the page builder, right next to the form block — so you edit them while seeing the page. Setup links straight to it.

V74 · JUNE 18, 2026

Sales calls start from the prospect’s website

🌐 New sales call now takes the prospect’s website (e.g. acme.com): we read it and pre-brand the entire demo room in their colors, logo and fonts, and derive the company name automatically. Type a plain company name and it still works.

V73 · JUNE 18, 2026

Emails & reminders, in one place

✉️ The old separate “Reminder schedule” and “Emails for this event” sections are now one “Emails & reminders” hub — the send timing and the email content (confirmation, reminders, replay) live together, so there’s no more guessing which is which.

V72 · JUNE 18, 2026

A calmer setup — see what’s essential, and when you’re ready to go live

🎯 A “Ready to go live” meter up top tracks the must-haves (when & what · host · run of show) with a one-tap Preview / go live.

🧹 Setup is no longer a wall of open forms — only the essentials start expanded; everything else is a calm collapsed row you open when you want it (Expand all is still there).

🔤 “Broadcast & simulcast” is now plainly named “Stream to LinkedIn & YouTube.”

V71 · JUNE 18, 2026

Share & embed your signup, four ways

🔗 One “Share & embed” spot on the signup page: copy the share link, a form-only widget, a full-page embed, or an API example to POST registrations from your own page.

🧩 For a one-click WordPress / Webflow block, the “Host it on your own site” panel is still there in the Run tab.

V70 · JUNE 18, 2026

Make the signup page yours — event image, fonts, colors, live

🖼 One tap to use your generated event image as the signup banner (Setup → Signup page).

🔤 Pick a font right on the live editor (Archivo, Inter, Poppins, Space Grotesk, DM Sans, Sora, Fraunces, Playfair) — it loads and previews instantly, alongside the existing accent / background / text color and logo controls.

👁 Everything still edits on the real page (/e/your-event?edit=1) so what you see is exactly what registrants get.

V69 · JUNE 18, 2026

Smarter signup questions — presets + business-emails-only

⚡ Quick-add common registration fields (phone, job title, company size, industry, country, LinkedIn, “what do you want to get out of this?”) with one tap — no more building them from scratch.

🛡 New “Business emails only” toggle blocks personal addresses (gmail, yahoo, outlook…) on the signup form — enforced both on the page and server-side so it can’t be bypassed.

All question types stay: short answer, paragraph, dropdown, single/multi choice, date — each can be required.

V68 · JUNE 18, 2026

Teleprompter: smooth at any speed, up near the camera, set it up ahead of time

🐢 Fixed slow scrolling — any speed now moves smoothly (it used to freeze below ~30). Finer speed steps too.

👁 The script now sits flush against the very top of the screen — right under your camera — with a reading line to fix your gaze on, so you keep eye contact. Controls moved to the bottom.

📝 Write your teleprompter script ahead of time in Event Setup → Run → “Teleprompter script”; it’s waiting for you in the studio’s Prompter.

V67 · JUNE 18, 2026

Recordings now show when they expire — download to keep them

⏳ Recordings are kept for a set window then automatically removed to keep storage lean — 7 days on Free/Basic, 30 days on Pro, 90 on Studio. Each recording now shows “expires in N days — download to keep it,” turning red as the date nears.

⬇️ Your download is your copy — once a recording expires it’s gone for good, so grab anything you want to keep (rendered clips are NOT auto-removed).

V66 · JUNE 18, 2026

Sharper brand extraction — six colors, the right ones

🎨 “Pull their brand” now extracts a full six-color palette instead of four, and it’s smarter about which colors matter: candidates are ranked by how much they’re used AND how saturated they are, near-identical shades are merged, and greys/near-white/one-off colors are filtered out — so it locks onto the real identity colors instead of something incidental.

🖌 The pulled palette shows as editable swatches in the co-branded studio setup — tweak any of the six.

V65 · JUNE 18, 2026

A teleprompter, a cleaner guest view, and an MC that won’t make things up

📜 Teleprompter — hosts get a private, full-featured teleprompter that floats at the top of the studio: paste your script, auto-scroll with adjustable speed and font size, mirror mode for teleprompter glass, tap to pause. It’s only on your screen — never on stage, never in the recording.

🧹 Clean guest view — guests now see the show exactly like the audience by default, with none of the producer buttons or chat clutter to distract them on camera. Flip “Guest view → Full controls” in the dock’s Backstage section any time. Their camera and mic are unaffected.

🎙 The MC no longer invents guest details. Add a real “Bio for the MC” on each guest in Setup and that’s exactly what gets announced — leave it blank and the MC keeps the intro generic instead of making things up.

V64 · JUNE 18, 2026

Add a music bed to any clip

🎵 Each clip can now have a background music bed — Upbeat, Chill, or Cinematic — picked per clip in “✎ Edit clip”.

🎚 It auto-ducks: the music drops down whenever the speaker is talking, then comes back up, so the voice always stays clear.

🛡 Built defensively: the speaker’s audio is captured on the proven path and the music is mixed on top, with hard fallbacks at every step — a music bed can never produce a silent clip.

V63 · JUNE 18, 2026

The clip editor grows up: per-clip styling, overlays, logo & crop

🎨 Each clip now styles independently. In “✎ Edit clip” you can set that clip’s caption style (karaoke / box / pop / outline / minimal / none) and aspect ratio (9:16 / 1:1 / 16:9) — overriding the global defaults for just that clip.

✍️ Add a big overlay headline or CTA (“Save this 👀”, “Book a demo”) in your brand color, placed upper or lower in the frame.

🏷 Optional brand-logo watermark, top-left — loaded safely so it never breaks the export.

🎯 A “Speaker position” slider nudges the speaker higher/lower in the frame, plus a per-clip end-card toggle.

🔧 Clips also render now when the only recording is an in-browser backup made of chunks — they’re joined automatically before the cut.

V62 · JUNE 17, 2026

Your follow-up booking link — on stage and in the replay

📅 The follow-up booking link you set in ICP & follow-up now flows through automatically: the studio’s on-stage “Book a meeting” offer is pre-filled with it (one tap to put it on screen), and it’s added to the post-event replay email so warm attendees can grab a 1:1 time.

V61 · JUNE 17, 2026

Set your ICP and a follow-up booking link

🎯 New “ICP & follow-up” section in Setup → Promote: describe your ideal customer (industry, size, region, target titles, buying signals) and drop a follow-up booking link (Calendly/HubSpot). It frames who you invite and sets up the “book a meeting” follow-up — the on-stage offer and audience matching build on this next.

V60 · JUNE 17, 2026

Edit your clips before you post

✂️ Every found clip now has an ✎ Edit panel: rename the on-screen title, fine-tune the trim (nudge the in/out points by a second and preview each), and tweak the social caption + pinned quote — then render. No more regenerating clips just to fix a title or shave a few seconds.

V59 · JUNE 17, 2026

Clips get word-by-word captions

🎬 Vertical clips now caption word-by-word — each word lights up in your brand colour as it’s spoken (the “karaoke” look you see on the best social clips), with bold, easy-to-read text and a clean outline. It’s the new default caption style; the older box/outline/minimal styles are still in the dropdown.

💸 It’s built right into the in-browser clip renderer, so there’s no new cost and nothing to set up — render a clip and the captions are already styled.

V58 · JUNE 17, 2026

A producer agent that shows its work

🎬 The Producer agent moved to the top-right and opens into a full-height chat pane. Its replies are now visual: it shows your actual headshot and logo when it builds your profile, your brand kits as clickable colour swatches (not a numbered list), and a card with one-click studio/signup links the moment it creates a show.

👆 Instead of ending with “anything else?”, it now offers tappable next-step buttons based on what’s still left to set up — so finishing your setup is one click at a time.

V57 · JUNE 17, 2026

See Showrunner on your own brand — instantly

🪄 On the demo page, drop your website and we read your real colors, fonts and logo and put you in a live studio in your brand — no signup, no setup. It’s the same brand engine that dresses a real show, turned into a 10-second “is this us?” test.

V55 · JUNE 17, 2026

A real production cockpit: the rail frames the stage, the agent gets its own pane

🖼 The studio’s right toolbar now *frames* the stage instead of floating over it — your video and cards sit in their own clean space to the left, and when you open a panel (chat, engage, show…) the stage smoothly makes room instead of getting covered. No more rail hovering on a guest’s face.

🎬 The Producer agent now opens as a full-height pane down the right side — like a real AI copilot — so there’s room to read its plan, watch it work, and keep going. Collapse it any time and it tucks back to a pill.

V54 · JUNE 17, 2026

Split view: speaker on one side, your cards on the other

🖼 New “Split” layout in the view switcher: the speaker fills one half of the stage and the AI text boxes + charts dock neatly on the other half — no more floating over faces. One speaker fills the half; two stack one-over-the-other. Click the Split button again to flip which side the speaker is on.

V52 · JUNE 17, 2026

Share a YouTube link, and big decks convert better

▶ Paste a YouTube or Vimeo link into Media → Add and it plays on stage as an embed (before, only direct .mp4/.webm files worked and a YouTube URL silently failed). Direct files still get host play/pause/scrub.

📑 Large PowerPoints convert more reliably: the in-browser converter now waits longer for big decks (90s), times out individual slides instead of hanging on one, skips any slide it can’t render, and shows live progress. If a deck is still too heavy, it tells you clearly to export as PDF (which is rock-solid).

V51 · JUNE 17, 2026

Scenes set the stage — and you can reskin the show on air

🎬 Typed run-of-show scenes now drive the look: advancing to a segment auto-picks the right stage layout for it (a duo for rapid-fire, a solo for the guest intro, the anchor desk for takeaways) — and you can still override anytime.

🎨 Live theme switcher in the studio Stage tab — flip the whole show between Bright, Collage, Retro and Midnight on air; viewers see it change instantly.

🖼 Image studio polish: the two multi-speaker panel templates now render all speakers properly, AI cut-outs ask for cleaner edges (no white halo), and if a photo can’t be cut out you’re told which one instead of it silently vanishing.

V50 · JUNE 17, 2026

Guests walk on through the curtains

🎭 The grand entrance got grander — stage curtains now sweep open as each guest is revealed, on top of the spotlight, applause ring and name slam. (Respects reduced-motion.)

🎬 Every guest entrance is captured as a clippable moment now, whether or not the show is recording — so the walk-on is always ready to cut for socials.

🔔 Cleaner notification “ding” — warmer bell tone with a soft attack instead of the old click.

V49 · JUNE 17, 2026

Your brand’s fonts, on screen — plus studio polish

🔤 Your brand’s actual fonts now load and render everywhere they matter — the live stage, your signup page, overlays and the report — not just a fallback. Set them once (or let the brand scan find them) and the show wears your typeface.

🗞 On-screen explainer cards now take your brand’s colours and type and glide in cleanly instead of a generic pop.

🎛 The studio side panel is resizable — drag its edge to give chat, notes or the producer more room (your width is remembered).

💬 The producer agent now greets you with one-tap starter prompts, and remembers your conversation as you move between pages.

📐 Tightened the spacing of the lower-third, polls and charts so on-stage overlays no longer crowd the ticker.

V48 · JUNE 17, 2026

Vertical slides look right — and we watch our own costs

📐 Slides are now dimension-aware. A portrait/vertical PDF (or a tall image) fills a proper centered frame with a soft blurred backdrop instead of sitting tiny in a letterbox; square slides get breathing room; widescreen is unchanged. Every slide is measured as it loads, so a deck can mix orientations.

💰 New admin Cost & COGS dashboard: total spend over 7/30/90 days, broken down by kind (AI, recording egress, images, TTS, transcription, data lookups, email), a spend-per-day trend, and the top shows and accounts by cost — so we always know our unit economics.

V47 · JUNE 17, 2026

Studio polish: prep slides backstage, pace your explainers, run the room

📑 Slides now load backstage. Uploading a deck no longer hijacks the stage — preview and flip through it privately, then hit “Show on stage” when you’re ready. “Take off stage” pulls it back anytime.

🎬 Explainers have a pace control — Lots / Balanced / Less / Manual — so the news-producer cards match your show’s rhythm. Manual means nothing auto-airs; tap “Explain now” when you want one.

🌍 “Where from?” is back: one tap asks the crowd where they’re watching from and lights up a live world map as answers roll in.

🔊 Sound & music moved to the Stage tab, next to effects — where you reach for them mid-show.

🚪 You can now remove a guest from the show (backstage or on-stage) — they’re notified and disconnected cleanly.

🤖 Tell the producer agent “move the March webinar to June” or “who registered for the AI panel” — it now finds the show by name (fuzzy-matched to your own shows), no slug needed.

V46 · JUNE 17, 2026

Your recording, guaranteed — and nothing to figure out

🎥 Recording is now belt-and-suspenders. Every guest finishes and uploads their own footage when the show ends (before, only the host did — a guest who closed their tab was lost), uploads retry through network blips instead of dropping, and a “keep this tab open” bar shows the save finishing so nobody walks away mid-upload.

📊 Every report now opens with a plain-English “What was captured” card — main recording, per-speaker tracks, whether the safety backup kicked in, length and total size. The old “3 parts” mystery is gone: it explains that a long recording uploads in numbered chunks and is one video that re-joins automatically.

🎬 Clip rendering no longer fails in silence. If a clip can’t render you see why and get a one-click Retry, auto-render reports “rendered X · Y failed” instead of a stuck bar, and the clip-finder tells you when it actually errored rather than pretending there were no good moments.

V45 · JUNE 16, 2026

Intelligence — analytics that tell you who to call

🧠 A new Intelligence tab in every report: a conversion funnel (registered → attended → engaged → hot → booked), a ranked “call these people now” list with each lead’s intent-score breakdown, post-event survey & NPS sentiment tied to real attendees, and who-registered insights (custom questions + traffic source). Built from your own first-party data — not a wall of vanity charts.

V44 · JUNE 16, 2026

Post-event surveys, on stage

Wrap the show with a branded survey right on stage — NPS, star ratings, agree-scales, multiple choice or open text. No external links: every response is tied to the attendee who gave it and flows straight into your Intelligence analytics.

V43 · JUNE 16, 2026

Ask your own registration questions

Add custom questions to any signup form — short text, dropdowns, single/multi-select, dates. Answers attach to each registrant and show up in analytics, your CSV export and your integrations. Traffic source (UTM) is captured automatically.

V42 · JUNE 16, 2026

Connect anything — Zapier, n8n & one-click embeds

🔌 New Integrations settings: send Showrunner events (registration, attended, survey response, show started/ended) to Zapier, n8n or any URL — signed webhooks, add/test in a click, or just ask the producer agent to wire it up.

The embed panel now has step-by-step guides for WordPress (paste-the-link oEmbed) and Webflow, plus the visitor pixel — your whole event, on your own site.

V41 · JUNE 16, 2026

Float any resource + rock-solid PowerPoint

Picture-in-picture for everything you share: a slide, the whiteboard or a video can fill the stage while you stay visible in a draggable corner tile — tap Float. PowerPoint conversion is hardier too, with clear guidance (and a “just use PDF” nudge) if a deck won’t cooperate.

V40 · JUNE 16, 2026

Replays play the whole show — chat, reactions & sound

▶ A recorded show now replays as the real thing, not just a video. The live chat scrolls back in sync, audience reactions float over the stage, and the sound-effect cues fire again on the beat — toggle the chat or the FX on and off as you watch.

It travels in the embed too: paste your show onto your own site and visitors get the full replay there, not a bare video. (Capture starts the moment you hit record — every show from here is replayable.)

V39 · JUNE 16, 2026

One AI menu in the studio

✨ Every AI function now lives in a single AI menu in the producer rail: Autopilot, Mo the auto-moderator, the news producer, AI chart & question suggestions, “make me look famous”, and the producer agent — all in one place instead of scattered through Engage.

Engage is now just your manual moves — ask a question, release your polls, push an offer, run the raffle.

V38 · JUNE 16, 2026

Setup is now a checklist: Build › Promote › Run › Repurpose

Event setup follows the way a show actually happens — Build it, Promote it, Run it, Repurpose it. Every section is a collapsible card you can tick off, with Expand-all / Collapse-all so a long setup is easy to scan.

System admins can now open and edit any account’s show (with a clear “editing as admin” banner).

V37 · JUNE 16, 2026

Set your brand once — it’s the default everywhere

🎨 The first brand you establish becomes the default for every new show you create — by hand or via the agent — and you can still tweak it per event.

On your first visit the producer agent builds your host profile for you (name, title, bio) instead of making you fill a form. Embeds now carry first-party visitor tracking automatically, so you see who on your site is engaging.

V36 · JUNE 16, 2026

A brighter, more consistent look

A polish pass across the whole product: out went the leftover yellow/old-branding, in came a single warm-orange accent and one consistent, single-color icon family — same family in the nav, the settings tabs, the studio rail and the reaction dock.

Your monthly usage moved out of the Shows tab into Settings → Usage, so your shows list stays focused on your shows.

V35 · JUNE 16, 2026

Solo spotlight — perfect for sales calls

🎯 New “Solo” view in the stage layout picker: put one person full-screen with your own camera floating in a corner tile, Google Meet–spotlight style. Made for 1:1 sales calls and demos where the guest should fill the screen and you stay a small presence in the corner.

Pick it from Views like any other layout — it follows your close-up choice, so clicking a guest spotlights them while you drop to the corner PiP automatically.

V34 · JUNE 15, 2026

Build your registration page, block by block

🧩 New drag-and-drop page builder for your whole registration page — both columns, the registration form included. Build it as rows: give any row 1, 2 or 3 columns, drop in the blocks you already use (title, date & time, agenda, host & speaker cards) plus image / paragraph / list / button / divider / spacer, drag to reorder, and move blocks between columns. The registration form is itself a block you can place anywhere.

The canvas is exactly what attendees see. Every change auto-saves as a draft version; if your page is already live, edits stay a draft until you hit 🚀 Deploy — so you never disrupt a page that’s already taking registrations.

V33 · JUNE 15, 2026

AI banners that match your exact design

🎯 When you ✨ Generate with AI, we now hand the model your draft as a style reference alongside your real guest + host photos — so the polished, photoreal version comes back matching this exact layout, colours and text, with your real faces. The trick that makes AI banners come out the same every time, not just close.

V32 · JUNE 15, 2026

New “Editorial Event” banner template

🖼 A bold editorial event banner: big circular guest portrait with a glow ring, a diagonal accent ribbon, left-aligned uppercase headline with date + talking-point bullets, a featured-guest panel, a hosted-by badge, and a punchy CTA — the “Risk Takers” show look, brand-coloured to you.

V31 · JUNE 15, 2026

Tell the agent once — it builds the whole show

🪄 The producer agent now creates a complete, ready-to-run show from a single brief — no setup-page homework after. It types your run of show and pre-writes every scene’s content (rapid-fire questions, deep-dive framework, takeaways…), sets you as host, attaches your guest with their real photo from LinkedIn, gets the timezone right, and pulls your brand from a website.

Set your host profile once in Settings → Host profile (name, photo, bio) and every show you create — by hand or via the agent — uses it automatically. Never re-enter it per event.

Just say “create a show with Sara from Acme next Thursday 5pm her time” and it’s done — guest enriched, scenes written, branded, scheduled.

V30 · JUNE 15, 2026

See who’s on your site — first-party intent

📊 New visitor pixel: drop one snippet on your product, pricing and blog pages and Showrunner logs first-party visits on your own domain — no third-party cookies, all yours.

It feeds the intent scores: a registrant who’s been circling your pricing page scores higher (🔥 buying page), and the report’s new Website activity panel shows views, unique visitors, who you’ve identified, and your top pages.

Call srIdentify(email) after a sign-in to put a name to a visitor — turning anonymous traffic into known buying signals.

V29 · JUNE 15, 2026

Host the whole thing on your own site

🌐 New embed: drop one snippet on your website and the full journey — registration beforehand, the live show, and the replay after — runs on your own domain, not a third-party page. Copy the code from your event’s setup.

Prefer just the signup? There’s a registration-only embed too, for dropping the form onto a landing page.

V28 · JUNE 15, 2026

Every scene gets its own look

🎨 Mo’s live cards are now designed per scene type, not one generic box: a Deep Dive draws a numbered framework, a Hot Take shows a FOR / AGAINST scorecard, Key Takeaways a checklist — plus milestones, polls and CTAs, each its own overlay.

And they’re brand-driven: the cards take your brand’s accent colour and fonts, not a fixed blue.

V27 · JUNE 15, 2026

The stage rearranges itself

🪄 When a card goes on air — an explainer, a Deep Dive framework, the takeaways — your speakers now smoothly shrink and slide aside to make room, then glide back when it clears. Like a TV broadcast directing itself, not a box slapped over your guests’ faces.

Desktop tucks the speakers to the left with the card on the right; mobile stacks the video on top and the card below — automatically, no setup.

V26 · JUNE 15, 2026

Mo runs your scenes, live

🎬 Give a scene a type and Mo now produces THAT scene on screen as you talk: it pulls the framework out of a Deep Dive, scores the for/against of a Hot Take, lines up your next Rapid Fire question, catches Origin Story milestones, and lands the real Key Takeaways at the end — all from what’s actually being said.

Every card still flows through your approve-and-air queue (or straight on air in auto mode), on the same overlay system as your explainers, polls and charts.

This is the AI Producer actually directing the show — not just hosting it.

V25 · JUNE 15, 2026

Scored intent — know exactly who to call

🔥 Your report now scores every attendee 0–100 by what they actually did — time watched, offers clicked, meetings booked — so your follow-up list is genuinely hottest-first, not just alphabetical.

⚡ The score rewards the engagement Mo creates on screen (offers, bookings). A better-produced show literally produces hotter leads — a passive “did they watch” tracker can’t do that.

The HubSpot export now carries an Intent Score column, ready to map to a lead-scoring property or trigger CRM workflows.

V24 · JUNE 15, 2026

Scenes: your run of show, pre-produced

🎬 Your run of show is now built from Scenes. Give a row a scene type — Opening, Guest Intro, Rapid Fire, Origin Story, Deep Dive, Demo, Audience, Hot Take, Key Takeaways, Closing CTA — and the AI Producer pre-writes that scene’s content from your show, guest and goal: questions, scripts, frameworks, polls. All editable, and it never re-asks for what it already knows.

Start from a template — Founder Interview, Product Demo, Expert Panel, Live Teardown, Webinar — to drop in a full typed run of show in one click, then ✨ Generate all scene content.

Rapid-fire and Q&A scenes generate questions only — the answers come live from your guest, never faked beforehand.

Roadmap: next, each scene will drive its own on-screen layout and live behaviors (frameworks that build as you talk, timelines that fill in, debate scoring), plus scene-by-scene clips and posts after the show.

V23 · JUNE 15, 2026

AI images that look like your brand

When you ✨ generate a LinkedIn image with AI, the background is now designed in your brand’s actual visual style — the colors, mood and typography feel we pulled from your website when you imported your brand kit.

If we have your site, we also take a quick look at your homepage so the design echoes how your brand really looks. People are sensitive to this — now your banners feel unmistakably yours.

V22 · JUNE 15, 2026

Real applause on mobile + full-stage snaps

Applause now plays the real applause/ovation sound on phones too — no more synthesized “metallic” claps. We wait for the real sound to load before ever falling back, and warm it up the moment you arrive so an entrance lands right.

📸 Snap now captures the whole stage — your lower-thirds, quote cards, polls, charts, the explainer and the ticker — not just the video.

V21 · JUNE 15, 2026

AI images that keep your real face

✨ “Generate final with AI” now uses your exact speaker photos. The AI builds a rich background and cleanly removes the background from your real headshots — it never invents new faces. (Before, it could replace your speakers with strangers.)

Cleaner cutouts: people are knocked out with soft edges and a natural contact shadow, so they sit in the scene instead of looking pasted on.

The Guest & Giveaway template’s bonus callout is now a proper diagonal corner ribbon, not a flat tag.

V20 · JUNE 15, 2026

Image studio: true-to-template looks

Rebuilt the look of every layout so the editor preview matches the polished reference designs — speakers now bleed off the edge as full “cutouts” (no boxed photo) where the design calls for it, with a soft glow behind them.

🚀 Business Accelerator is now its own bright workshop hero — a slanted headline with a coral knockout word, a coral-rimmed portrait and a “what you’ll learn” strip — completely distinct from the dark Solo Hero it used to just recolor.

Solo Hero, Developer Code Talk and Two-Person Premium all get the cutout treatment too, so a single paste of your event renders a design that actually looks designed.

The editor now clearly marks the canvas as a DRAFT — add or edit a host and guests right there, swap each photo, reshuffle the background with one tap, then ✨ Generate final with AI for the fully-rendered version.

V19 · JUNE 15, 2026

Better clips

Clips are now a proper length — about 30 seconds (never under 18, never over 45), so a moment lands instead of getting chopped off.

Captions re-synced: they’re built from coherent phrases anchored to when each line was actually said, and each one shows until the next — no more drift.

⚡ Auto-render: when the moments are found we render them for you, one at a time so your browser stays smooth. Toggle it off to render each yourself.

V18 · JUNE 15, 2026

Recording save, with a progress bar

Saving a recording now shows a live % progress bar as it uploads, so you know it’s working and when it’s done.

Fixed: the “Download” button could say “no recording to download” after a successful save — your recording now stays downloadable from the tab until you dismiss the banner.

V17 · JUNE 15, 2026

News layout + producer queue

📰 New “News” layout: the lead speaker wide on top with guests in a strip below — one clean rectangle, great for 2–3 people, just like a TV panel.

The News producer now has a queue: in “I approve each” mode, cards line up on screen for you to put on air with one tap; flip to “Auto on-air” to let them run themselves.

V16 · JUNE 15, 2026

A producer on the screen

📺 News producer: flip it on and, like a TV control room, it watches the conversation and explains the key things on screen as you talk — “WHAT IS X” with a plain one-liner, typed in on the side, then it moves on.

It only explains things it hasn’t covered yet, so it keeps pace with the discussion instead of repeating itself.

Every card is one tap to dismiss, and it rides the same on-air overlay system as polls, charts and lower-thirds.

V15 · JUNE 15, 2026

Add a guest by LinkedIn

Adding a speaker is now one paste: drop their LinkedIn URL and we auto-fill their name, title, company and photo.

From any guest, jump straight to building an audience from the people who engage with their LinkedIn posts.

V14 · JUNE 15, 2026

Never lose a recording

Every recording now also captures a local in-browser backup as it runs — so a cloud-recorder hiccup can’t lose your show.

When you stop, we verify the file actually saved and show you a clear “Recording saved ✓” — and if the cloud file didn’t finalize, your backup is uploaded automatically.

The report now flags when a show was recorded but the file is missing, with a one-click re-check instead of showing nothing.

V13 · JUNE 15, 2026

Image studio, leveled up

Drag to reposition the title, speakers and CTA right on the canvas — fix any layout in seconds.

Deeper edits: rewrite the title/subtitle, rename hosts & guests, change roles, pick the background style and the displayed time zone.

✨ Generate with AI: hand the whole composition to an image model for a richer, fully-rendered variant.

V12 · JUNE 15, 2026

LinkedIn images in one click

🖼 Create LinkedIn image: pick from 11 polished layout archetypes and we instantly build a branded 16:9 banner from your event — title, date, host & speaker photos, CTA — no design tools, no prompts.

Every template shares your brand kit, so they all look like one brand; switching templates only changes the composition.

Quick edits for title, highlighted phrase, CTA, speaker order, show/hide host and background intensity, then export a crisp PNG and save it to the event.

V11 · JUNE 15, 2026

Fill the room

📣 Promote: turn any show into a campaign — invite your own contacts (paste any list and AI sorts it out) and tap into your speaker’s audience, all from the event setup.

🗓 Add-to-calendar everywhere: one-click Google / Outlook / Apple on the signup page and confirmation email, plus real RSVP-able calendar invites for your guests.

🎬 Marketing playbooks auto-capture standout moments — like a guest’s grand entrance — as ready-to-post clips.

🎙 A proper host: put your host (or a co-host) front and centre on the signup page, emails and stage, with their photo.

🙌 Famous mode now welcomes guests by name — the crowd greets each speaker as they walk on.

V10 · JUNE 15, 2026

Your producer, smarter

The producer agent is now a chat overlay right on your screen — set up a whole show end to end (event, run of show, guests, brand) from one conversation.

It shows what it’s doing as it works, and it remembers you: your brand, your style and how you like your shows run carry over session to session.

New: name a speaker and the agent reads their best LinkedIn posts to suggest a title and run of show that an audience already cares about.

V9 · JUNE 15, 2026

Bring the team

👥 Teams & roles: invite your crew as Producer, Co-host or Viewer — everyone gets exactly the access they need.

🎤 Rehearsal mode: a full private practice show before you go live, with no audience watching.

📝 Private host notes: your talking points and reminders on screen, visible only to you.

V8 · JUNE 14, 2026

Sales calls, as a show

New Sales Call mode turns a one-on-one prospect call into a produced, on-brand experience.

Auto-research the prospect from a LinkedIn URL, or point us at their website to map the team and co-brand the call.

Your AI MC announces each guest as they join and runs a hidden, host-only playbook so you stay in flow.

Afterwards: a “wow” report with a tailored business case and proposal, plus a private replay to share with the buyer.

V7 · JUNE 11, 2026

Sound, screens & real clips

Sound engine v2 — layered applause with room reverb (goodbye metal claps), airhorn, drumroll, stings, risers. Host soundboard plays for the whole room.

Show music: built-in loops or your own track URL, synced for everyone.

Screen share as a show scene: presenter stays on stage, 🔴 laser pointer and 🖍 highlight pen drawn live over the share.

📸 Viewers can snap any shared slide — branded with your show.

🎬 Render vertical clips in the browser: 9:16, burned-in captions, your brand colors, ready for LinkedIn/Shorts/TikTok.

V6 · JUNE 11, 2026

Revenue layer

Offer cards in the player: Talk to us, Waitlist, 📅 Book a meeting — every click is a named lead in your report.

🔥 Intent signals report section + HubSpot-format CSV export.

Email loop: confirmations, reminders, replay emails — editable templates, automatic unsubscribe compliance.

List invites with explicit consent confirmation, caps, and suppression.

Public API v1 — drive Showrunner from Claude Code, Codex, or curl. Self-documenting at /api/v1.

V5 · JUNE 11, 2026

Showrunner is born

Renamed to Showrunner with a new home page.

🎬 Producer agent: create events, run-of-shows, pull attendee lists — from one sentence.

Brand kits: your look saved once, applied to any event.

Pricing: free forever, pay per unique attendee per month.

V4 · JUNE 11, 2026

Engagement engine

Audience chat + private backstage chat for the stage.

Live questions: typed, pre-set, or AI-suggested from what was just said. Poll bars and AI-compiled answer cards on screen.

✨ Smart event creation: one prompt → title, signup page, ticker, questions, segment-by-segment run of show.

Frame styles incl. frameless TV mode, mobile speaker-first layout, RTMP simulcast to LinkedIn/YouTube/Facebook.

V3 · JUNE 11, 2026

The platform

Host accounts, events, public signup pages, registrations.

Post-show reports: attendees, peak viewers, claps, best lines, transcript, recordings.

Fullscreen stage, mobile friendly, gamified crowd (10 claps = ovation, combos = flower rain).

V1–V2 · JUNE 10, 2026

The stage

Broadcast-style stage with themes, AI quote cards pinned to speakers as they talk, news ticker, camera cuts with auto-director, embodied clapping crowd, cloud recordings (program + per-speaker files).
